Salt Lake City Weekly featured new releases from Flaming Lips & 3kStatic in their December 30 issue. The weekly newspaper’s website also includes a ‘Digital Jukebox’ feature, which highlighted the tracks ‘Subject Object Verb’ and ‘Identity Thieves’ from the 3kStatic album Not Art, released 12.29.09.

After a series of charting tracks and albums in 2009 - including turns at #1 for the recent releases Remixes, 2006-2009, Evolver and Voodoo Science (2008); 3kStatic enters its eleventh year on the scene by taking the wraps off two planned 2010 releases - the EP God Vs. Cosmonaut and full-length studio album The Society of the Spectacle. Both will be released in Summer 2010.
